Pricing

Three tiers. No surprises.

One product, priced for how often you use it. The free tier is generous enough to be useful. Pro removes the footer and unlocks group meetings. Lifetime is for the first 500 people who don't want to think about the bill again.

Why is there a free tier at all?
Because the right way to schedule is too useful to gate. Most professional scheduling fits inside five sends a month — and we'd rather earn the upgrade when you genuinely need a group flow or want the footer removed, not before.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your existing Proffers continue to work. You go back to 5 sends per month and the footer returns to outbound mail on your next send. No data is lost; the cap just re-applies.
Is the Lifetime tier really limited?
Yes — capped at 500 seats, no exceptions. If you missed it, monthly and annual stay open.
Do you offer team plans?
Not yet. Team scheduling is a different shape of problem — round-robin assignment, shared availability, group analytics — and we'd rather get it right than ship a thin version. If you're a small firm and want to chat about it, send a note via the footer of any Proffer email.
What if Proffer isn't the right tool for me?
Some people genuinely need a public booking page or a high-volume scheduling tool. We wrote a page about what Proffer isn't for — if your use case sits there, Calendly is a great choice and we mean that.
